These Terms And Conditions are applicable to all of the purchases of items included at solddress.com. 

Please read these Terms And Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms And Conditions. 

 

1. Business policy

1.1. The items are intended to be sold to legal persons, who are purchasing upon personal needs (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

1.2 The prices indicated on this web site, are for informational purposes only and is not an offer to buy or the solicitation of an offer to sell.

 

2. Modifications of Terms and Conditions

2.1. Solddress Exclusive Dresses reserves the right to make changes to The Terms and Conditions.
 

3. Ordering Process

3.1. To place an order, the Customer should contact us by one of our offered communication methods, which can be found in “Contact us” submenu.

3.2. To click “Order now” button.
 

4. Payment Methods

4.1. To place an order/purchase an item, the Customer must pay the 100% price of a product.
4.2 The payment(s) can be done through: PayPal, SWIFT payment, Money transactions via money transfer services (Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria)

 

5. Products

5.1. The Customer understands that there may be slight differences in color, due to the different color settings in different monitors/screens.

5.2. The Customer understands that there may be slight differences in shades of the same type of fabrics and colours due to the different batches provided by fabric's suppliers.

 

6. Shipping policy

6.1. Solddress Exclusive Dresses offers worldwide shipping. The courier companies used for shipping are depending on your location:

a) EMS delivery company (all over the world)

b) Private transport companies (deliver goods from Ukraine within European countries and Republic of Türkiye)

6.2. Delivery/shipping costs depend on weight, parcel's dimensions, and country of destination and will be calculated during the ordering process.

6.3. Delivery/shipping costs will be paid by the customer/buyer.

Please note that upon arrival in the destination country or area, the contents of your order may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) for which the recipient of the order is responsible. 

Solddress Exclusive Dresses is not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order.

6.4. Delivery time is:

a) 7 business days (within European countries); depends on courier company

b) 10-20 business days (other countries, outside of EU)

 

7. Refund/ Exchange policy

7.1 We strictly do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect order.

As our dresses are each handcrafted and made to order based on individual sizing and custom requirements, please ensure you have read our dress descriptions and agreed all product details before completing your order.

 

8. Cancel Policy

8.1. Once the order is placed and sewing process is started, any changes or cancellation will not be accepted.

 

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. The Customer understands that the:

a) The full name is used when referencing the order.
b) The e-mail address is used to send the Customer any relevant document and/or information about the Customer’s order, and/or anything else Solddress Exclusive Dresses may deem as important.
c) The phone number is used as contact information in the shipping package.
d) The delivery address is used as the product’s destination address when shipped.
9.2. The Customer understands that the Customer’s personal information will be used solely for the purposes stated in Article 9.1., and his/her information will not be published, shared, or distributed in any way, shape or form.
 

10.  Intellectual Property Policy

10.1. The Customer must not reproduce, represent, distribute or adapt, directly or indirectly, any exclusive content relating to Solddress Exclusive Dresses including trademarks, illustrations, photographs, videos, and designs in any way, shape, or form, without prior written consent from Solddress Exclusive Dresses.
